We’re looking for a dynamic Business Development professional with proven UAE FMCG / Food industry experience to drive our growth and expand our Client's market footprint. If you’re passionate about building strong relationships, spotting new opportunities, and making things happen – this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a growth strategy focusing on both business expansion and customer satisfaction.
- Research and identify new markets, customer needs, and emerging trends.
- Arrange business meetings with potential clients and key decision-makers.
- Promote the company’s full food category range, identifying cross-selling opportunities.
- Prepare and negotiate sales contracts to ensure long-term business continuity.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and deliver exceptional after-sales support.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
- Mentor and train junior sales staff into high-performing team members.
- Maintain and present monthly sales data reports.
Requirements:
- Mandatory: Previous experience in the UAE FMCG / Food industry.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
