Job Summary:

This role requires a strong understanding of the holiday home rental market, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to foster long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Expansion: Identify and develop new business opportunities in the holiday homes sector.
- Client Acquisition: Build and maintain relationships with property owners, investors, and hospitality partners.
- Sales & Revenue Growth: Develop strategies to maximize occupancy rates and rental income.
- Partnership Development: Collaborate with travel agencies, corporate clients, and online travel platforms to enhance market reach.
- Marketing & Branding: Work closely with the marketing team to promote holiday home offerings through digital and offline channels.
- Contract Negotiation: Manage agreements with property owners and service providers to ensure profitable partnerships.
- Customer Relationship Management: Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through excellent service and communication.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to drive informed decision-making.
Requirements
