Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and client visits.
- Meet with potential clients to understand their requirements for interior design, fit-out, renovation, or construction services.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with the design and technical team to create accurate project quotes, layouts, and timelines.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals efficiently.
- Follow up on sales leads and maintain an up-to-date pipeline of opportunities in the CRM system.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Stay informed on industry trends, materials, and competitor activities.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, events, and trade shows when required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in interior design, construction, or real estate.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of interior design concepts, construction processes, and material specifications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple client accounts.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM systems is a plus.
- UAE driving license (if job is in UAE) is often required.
- Preferred Skills:
- Network of architects, consultants, property developers, or facility managers.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other design tools (a plus).
- Multilingual abilities (depending on market) can be an added advantage.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
