Job Responsibilities:
- Market Research: Conduct detailed market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to generate new business leads and opportunities.
- Partnership Development: Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, franchise partners, and community organizations.
- Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales team to create strategies aimed at increasing revenue and market share.
- Proposal Development: Prepare and present business proposals to potential clients and partners.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and business development activities.
- Brand Promotion: Contribute to marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of business strategies.
- Operations excellence: Support in operation activities like stock count, store audit, recruitement etc
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the fast food industry.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid UAE dirving licence is a must

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
