About the Role
As a Business Manager, you'll play a crucial role in driving our company's growth and success. You'll be responsible for developing and implementing strategic business plans, identifying new market opportunities, managing client relationships, and overseeing operational efficiency. What We're Looking For
We're seeking a candidate with:
· 3-4 years of proven experience in the UAE tourism industry. This is a non-negotiable requirement – you should already have a strong understanding of the local tourism landscape, trends, and key players.
· A strong business acumen and a track record of achieving business objectives.
· Excellent leadership and team management skills.
· Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
· A proactive, results-oriented approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· A deep understanding of market analysis, sales strategies, and customer relationship management.
· Proficiency in relevant business software and tools.
