Key Responsibility:
- Market search and building new data leads based on specific criteria.
- Maintain and update customer databases.
- Registration data process.
- Conducting weekly achievement report.
- Preparing database inventory reports and data analytics.
- Communicate with target customers to promote the company services.
- Completing the daily telemarketing (Outbound/inbound) calls and follow up e-mails.
- Answering client queries about events registration and assist them accordingly.
- Tracking registration figures to ensure the company meets sales quotas.
- Conducting customer’s feedback report.
- Using a customer relationship management (CRM) system
- Conducting weekly CRM report.
- Organize and attend events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions.
Required Experience, Qualification & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
- Proven experience as marketing executive or similar role
- Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods
- Proven work experience as a Marketing Executive, Tele sales and data management.
- In-depth knowledge of market research data, data analysis and statistics
- Good Knowledge and use of LinkedIn and other SM platforms, Awareness of digital marketing is also useful
- Operational use of Microsoft environment (Word, Excel, PowerPoint ...)
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Tele sales Skills
- Event/Exhibitions business awareness and understanding of business requirements.
- Customer-facing skills
- Good time management, organization and planning skills
- Communication skills and networking ability
- Ability to think creatively and analytically
- Driven and self-motivation
