We are seeking an engaging Business Presenter to join our Property Management and Investments team.
The Business Presenter will be responsible for delivering compelling presentations to prospective clients, investors, and stakeholders, showcasing our property management services, investment opportunities, and company vision.
The ideal candidate is a confident communicator with a strong understanding of real estate, property management, and investment principles, capable of translating complex information into clear, persuasive, and professional presentations.
Key Responsibilities
- To Develop and Deliver Presentations: Create and present tailored, high-impact presentations to clients, investors, and partners, highlighting property management services, investment portfolios, and market opportunities.
- To Clearly articulate the benefits of our property management and investment offerings, addressing client needs and concerns with professionalism and expertise.
- Engage Diverse Audiences: Present to varied groups, including individual investors, corporate clients, and community stakeholders, adapting style and content to suit the audience.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with Company directors and Marketing to ensure presentations align with company goals, brand messaging, and market trends.
- Market Research: Stay informed on real estate market trends, property investment strategies, and competitor activities to enhance presentation content and credibility.
- Client Relationship Building: Follow up with presentation attendees to answer questions, provide additional information, and foster long-term relationships.
Qualifications
- Education: Preferably with bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in presenting, public speaking, or sales, preferably in real estate, property management, or investments.
- Proven track record of delivering engaging and persuasive presentations to diverse audiences.
- Skills:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong storytelling and audience engagement abilities.
- Proficiency in presentation software (e.g., Excel, Powerpoint, MS office etc).
- Knowledge of real estate, property management, or investment principles is highly desirable.
- Ability to interpret and present financial data and market trends effectively.
- Confident, professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
