Job Purpose
The Business Setup Advisor is responsible for guiding and assisting clients through the complete process of establishing their businesses, from initial consultation to licensing, compliance, and operational setup. This is a target-driven role that requires achieving monthly and quarterly sales and revenue goals while ensuring a smooth and efficient business setup experience for clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Consultation & Needs Assessment
- Understand clients’ business objectives and provide expert advice on the most suitable jurisdiction (mainland, free zone, offshore).
- Conduct thorough needs analysis to recommend optimal licensing options, company structures, and operational setups.
- Business Setup Process
- Assist clients in preparing and submitting documentation for trade licenses, visas, permits, and other approvals.
- Coordinate with government departments, free zone authorities, and third-party service providers.
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and legal requirements throughout the process.
- Sales & Revenue Targets
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through lead conversion and closing deals.
- Actively follow up on leads provided by the company and generate own leads through networking and referrals.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities for value-added services (bank account opening, PRO services, accounting, etc.).
- Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing ongoing support post-setup.
- Address and resolve client queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Market & Product Knowledge
- Stay updated with changes in UAE business setup laws, policies, and market trends.
- Educate clients about different jurisdictions, licensing types, and business solutions.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Law, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in business setup, company formation, or related advisory services in the UAE.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a similar industry.
- Strong knowledge of UAE business regulations, free zones, and government procedures.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Multilingual abilities (Arabic, English, Tagalog, French etc.) are an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
