Job summary: As Butcher, you will be responsible for preparing meats for sale, cleaning and maintaining their equipment’s to ensure a safe environment. They need to be comfortable handling sharp equipment, performing repetitive tasks, and maintaining a high level of quality and food safety.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Sharpen and adjust knives and cutting equipment
· Receive, inspect and store meat upon delivery
· Cut, debone and grind pieces of meat
· Weigh, wrap and display meat or meat products
· Listen to costumers and answer their questions related to the service provided them
· Follows up with rules, regulations and other relevant laws guiding livestock production and sales.
· Negotiates and confirms orders from costumers
· Cut or prepare meats to specification or costumers order.
· Educates costumers on their choice of meat to satisfy their desired meat
· Cuts meats and put them into good arrangement for easy identification and selection by costumers.
· Store meats in refrigerators or freezers at the required temperature.
Clean equipment and work areas to maintain safe environment and sanitization standards
Requirements:
Nationality: Arabic Nationalities and Philippines
Education: High School / Diploma / Bachelor
Languages: Arabic (Native) & English ( Advanced)
Experience:
- Butcher: minimum 2 year (Preferred)
- Preferred Own visa only
- must be Abu Dhabi candidates
