Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and Cable Protection Tile Line Operator to join our production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating machinery used in the manufacturing of cable protection tiles, ensuring high-quality output and efficient production processes. This role requires a strong understanding of industrial machinery, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor automated and semi-automated machinery for the production of cable protection tiles.
- Set up, adjust, and troubleshoot equipment to ensure optimal performance and product quality.
- Conduct regular quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet specifications and standards.
- Identify and report any mechanical issues, defects, or safety concerns to the supervisor.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, including wearing appropriate PPE.
- Maintain accurate production logs and documentation.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize production processes and meet targets.
- Assist with other production-related tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience ( 2-5 years) as a machine operator in a manufacturing or industrial setting, preferably with experience tile production.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with quality control procedures and basic measurement tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical ability to lift heavy materials, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts, overtime, weekends as needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
