We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Sales Executive to join our Paintball Department. This role is responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through corporate group sales, events, team-building packages, and partnerships.
You’ll be targeting corporate clients for group outings, incentive events, and employee engagement experiences that leverage the fun and competitive nature of paintball. - Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities in the corporate sector.
- Build a pipeline of prospective clients for corporate events, team-building activities, and private bookings.
- Develop customized paintball packages tailored to client needs and budgets.
- Conduct cold calls, email outreach, and in-person/virtual presentations to decision-makers.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Coordinate with operations and event teams to ensure successful execution of events.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
