Job Title: Cake Decorator

Salary: AED 3,500 – AED 5,000 (based on experience and skill)
We are hiring a creative and skilled Cake Decorator to join our café team in Al Ain. The ideal candidate is passionate about baking and decorating cakes, with the ability to produce high-quality, visually appealing designs for café display and custom orders. This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced café environment where presentation and creativity matter just as much as taste.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in cake decoration and baking (fondant, buttercream, sculpted, etc.)
- Ability to create custom and themed cakes for birthdays, events, and café specials
- Strong artistic eye and attention to detail
- Knowledge of desserts and pastries is a plus
- Able to manage time and work independently
- Immediate availability preferred
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Design, bake, and decorate cakes for café display and customer orders
- Create eye-catching cakes that align with the café’s brand and seasonal promotions
- Maintain consistency in quality, taste, and visual presentation
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to support dessert and pastry production
- Manage ingredients and supplies, ensuring proper storage and inventory
- Keep work area clean and comply with hygiene and food safety standards
- Stay current with cake trends and decoration techniques
- Occasionally assist with café events and promotions through themed cake displays

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
