The ideal candidate must have an experience in call center industry for at least 2 years , should be multi tasking and promote at all times the brand image and possess the following additional competencies:
- Answering phones from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints.
- Handling and resolving customer complaints.
- Providing complete information.
- Following up complicated customer calls where required as well as daily leads.
- completing call notes and call reports on daily basis.
- Ability to work with others in a close manner.
- Good multi-tasking skills.
- Good oral and written communications in English
- Flexible in work timings
- excellent in convincing customers over the phone
- Computer Literacy (MS Word / Excel / Outlook)
- Technical expert in related computer / applications
