Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound customer calls promptly and professionally. - Respond to customer inquiries about automotive spare parts availability, pricing, and compatibility. - Assist customers in placing orders and provide accurate product information. - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. - Resolve customer complaints in a courteous and effective manner, escalating issues when necessary. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless order fulfillment and delivery. - Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build lasting relationships.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus. - Previous experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in automotive or related industries. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism. - Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment. - Proficient with computer systems and CRM software. - Positive attitude and a team player mindset. - Availability to work in Dubai, UAE, with flexibility in shifts if required.
