Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our company. In this role, you will serve as the first point of providing assistance, answering inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to handle calls in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide detailed information about our mobile tyre services.
- Assist clients with scheduling appointments for servicing their cars.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs.
Qualifications:
- Good educational background; additional education or certifications in customer service.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to details.
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and basic office applications.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
