Key Responsibilities:
· Answer and resolve patient inquiries via phone, email, or in-person in a timely and professional manner.
· Provide accurate information about healthcare services, treatments, and policies.
· Assist patients with appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations.
· Handle patient complaints and resolve issues effectively, ensuring patient satisfaction.
· Maintain a high level of knowledge about the healthcare center's services and offerings to assist patients effectively.
· Assist in processing patient forms, insurance eligibility check, and payments.
· Update patient records and document interactions accurately in the system.
· Collaborate with healthcare providers and team members to ensure smooth operations and quality patient care.

Requirements:
· Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a healthcare or medical environment.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
· Ability to handle stressful situations with patience professionalism.
· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Nursing or a healthcare-related field.
· Knowledge of healthcare management software is a plus.
