The Role:
Your role will focus on the auto parts sales. This is a full-time position requiring you to work in different shifts. Your duties and responsibilities will include:
** To attend inbound and convert the prospect customers to sale.
** To initiate and maintain timely follow-ups with customers.
** Developing and maintaining excellent relationships.
** Handling general enquiries via telephone and email.
** Maintaining and updating client data on our internal CRM.
The Candidate:
To be considered for this role, you must have the following skills and background:
** Minimum 1 years of sales or Call Centre experience.
** Minimum 1 year UAE experience in any industry.
** Knowledge about cars and models and should be aware of different locations in UAE.
** Excellent English speaking and business writing skills.
** Self-motivated with a positive attitude

** Meeting and exceeding set sales targets
** Meeting and exceeding calls and emails - daily targets
