Position Overview
JH Group is seeking a disciplined, bold, and highly capable Camp Boss to lead operations at our branch in Sajja, Sharjah. Ideal for ex-military personnel with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, this role is central to maintaining discipline, safety, and overall camp efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise accommodation, maintenance, safety and security
- Maintain daily attendance records and manage staff work schedule
- Handle worker complaints
- Respond to health emergencies and liaise with medical services
- Maintain discipline and enforce company protocols
- Prepare detailed daily/weekly/monthly reports using Microsoft Excel
- Report issues and updates directly to the company
Requirements
- Former Armed Forces Personnel strongly preferred
- Proven leadership and people management experience
- Proficient in MS Excel and reporting
- Must be fluent in Hindi and English
