- Control and monitor entry and exit of personnel, visitors, and vehicles at the labor camp.
- Maintain a log of visitors, incidents, and observations in a clear and accurate manner.
- Respond to emergencies such as fire, medical issues, altercations, or unauthorized access.
- Ensure that all camp residents comply with rules and regulations related to safety and conduct.
- Report suspicious or unusual activities immediately to the Camp Supervisor or Security Head.
- Monitor and operate security systems such as CCTV, alarms, and access control devices.
- Assist in evacuation procedures and emergency drills as required.
- Prevent theft, vandalism, and property damage within the camp premises.
- Ensure the security post is always manned and that security protocols are followed.
Qualifications and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a security role, preferably in a labor camp, construction site, or remote facility.
- Basic first aid and fire safety training is an advantage.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in basic English

- Physically fit and able to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods.

- Shift-based work, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Outdoor and indoor patrol in varying weather conditions.
- Uniform provided as per company standards.
