Position: Campaign Assistant
Monthly Salary: 5,000 AED
Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM / 6 days a week
Contract Duration: 3 to 4 months
Joining: Immediate

What You’ll Do
As a vital member of our campaign support team, you will:
- Assist in Campaign Management: Support the execution of influencer campaigns, ensuring smooth operations from start to finish.
- Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with Account Managers to develop creative briefs and coordinate with influencers and clients.
- Research Influencer Talent: Identify and shortlist influencers who align with campaign goals.
- Oversee Logistics: Assist with contracts, product deliveries, and overall campaign organization.
- Monitor Campaigns: Track performance metrics, analyze results, and prepare client reports.
- Coordinate Communication: Serve as a day-to-day contact between the team, influencers, and clients.
- Keep Things Organized: Manage databases, maintain accurate records, and ensure documentation is up to date.
What We’re Looking For
- Go-Getter Attitude: 1–2 years of experience in marketing or media (internships count!) preferred but not required.
- Language Skills: Fluency in Arabic and English is essential; additional languages are a plus.
- Team Player: Strong communication and collaboration skills with a proactive mindset.
- Detail-Oriented: Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using digital tools and platforms to improve efficiency.
- Creative Energy: Passionate about creativity and innovation, with a desire to learn and grow.
