Responsible for enhancing and protecting the appearance of vehicles by performing polishing, detailing, ceramic coating, and surface restoration. Ensures high-quality finishing that meets customer expectations and company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform exterior polishing, buffing, and paint correction to remove scratches and swirl marks.
- Apply ceramic coatings, sealants, and protective films according to manufacturer guidelines.
- Carry out full vehicle detailing (interior and exterior), including cleaning, vacuuming, shampooing, and restoration.
- Use appropriate tools, chemicals, and techniques to achieve high-quality finishing.
- Inspect vehicles before and after work to ensure flawless results.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the detailing area, tools, and products.
- Follow health and safety standards when handling chemicals and equipment.
- Advise supervisors on additional work required (paint correction, interior restoration, etc.).
- Ensure timely completion of jobs without compromising quality
