Job Description

• Understand customer requirements and advise on suitable vehicle options for them.
• Information for customers regarding the availability and cost of car rentals.
• Accept reservations and explain the terms of the loan
• Handling any questions, concerns or complaints and providing solutions in a friendly and professional manner.
• Data management in the system for vehicles and reservations.
• Preparing, reviewing and explaining lease agreements and insurance options.
• Communicating with the fleet team to ensure vehicles are ready for loan.
• Completion of the contract and payment

Job Requirements

• Excellent knowledge of the English language
• Excellent communication and customer care skills
• Sales skills
• Ability to deal with customer complaints in a professional manner
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Accuracy and attention to detail
