Job Description
- Understand customer requirements and advise on suitable vehicle options for them.
- Information for customers regarding the availability and cost of car rentals.
- Accept reservations and explain the terms of the loan
- Handling any questions, concerns or complaints and providing solutions in a friendly and professional manner.
- Data management in the system for vehicles and reservations.
- Preparing, reviewing and explaining lease agreements and insurance options.
- Communicating with the fleet team to ensure vehicles are ready for loan.
- Completion of the contract and payment
Job Requirements
- Excellent knowledge of the English language
- Excellent communication and customer care skills
