We are seeking skilled and dedicated Carpenter Installers to join our growing team for high-end hotel and custom interior projects in Montenegro. The ideal candidate will have hands-on carpentry experience, a strong work ethic, and the ability to consistently deliver top-quality installations with efficiency and precision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Measure, cut, and assemble furniture, doors, panels, and other wooden or composite components.
- Install interior elements for hotel rooms and custom-designed spaces according to project specifications.
- Read and interpret installation plans, technical drawings, and work orders.
- Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth and safe site operations.
- Maintain high standards of craftsmanship and finish while meeting project deadlines.
- Follow all health, safety, and quality standards on site.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Carpentry Skills: Proficient in measuring, cutting, assembling, and installing furniture, doors, and interiors.
- Interior Installation: Previous experience with hotel or custom interior installations is essential.
- Quality & Speed: Able to produce excellent results quickly and accurately under time constraints.
- Physical Fitness: Capable of performing manual labor for 8–10 hours per day.
- Teamwork: Dependable, collaborative, and follows instructions and site procedures.
- Basic English: Able to understand and respond to basic work-related communication.
- Mobility: Willing and prepared to relocate to Montenegro for long-term employment.
- Driving License: Category B license is considered an advantage.
