Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Carpenter Supervisor to oversee carpentry teams and ensure high-quality workmanship. The ideal candidate will manage daily operations, coordinate with project managers, and maintain safety and quality standards on all projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of carpenters and skilled workers.
- Plan and schedule daily, weekly, and monthly carpentry activities.
- Review project plans, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accurate execution.
- Ensure all work meets quality standards and project timelines.
- Monitor worker performance, provide guidance, and resolve on-site issues.
- Maintain inventory of materials, tools, and equipment.
- Enforce safety procedures and company policies on-site.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other departments as needed.
- Train and mentor junior carpenters and apprentices.
Requirements and Skills:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter and at least 7-10 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, and materials.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Understanding of safety regulations and best practices.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or vocational training in carpentry or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in carpentry, with supervisory experience preferred.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,400.00 per month
