- Supervise all joinery activities inside the workshop and during installation.
- Distribute daily tasks to skilled carpenters based on work priority.
- Ensure all items are fabricated according to drawings and quality standards.
- Maintain workshop discipline, safety, and cleanliness.
- Monitor use and maintenance of carpentry tools and equipment.
- Coordinate material needs and stock with the engineer.
- Assist in inspecting completed work before dispatch or installation.
