Artizana Interiors L.L.C is seeking an experienced and skilled Carpentry Factory Manager to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all daily production operations efficiently.
- Ensure projects are executed accurately according to technical specifications and approved drawings.
- Organize production schedules and guarantee timely delivery.
- Oversee inventory and procurement of quality raw materials.
- Implement top safety standards and oversee regular equipment maintenance.
- Prepare regular reports for management and continuously work on performance improvement and problem-solving.
- Good knowledge of materials types and prices, with accurate quantity calculation skills.
- Ability to prepare budgets and effectively plan the financial aspects of projects.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing carpentry factories and interior decor projects.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Deep understanding of carpentry processes and materials.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work within a dynamic team.
Salary:
- Competitive salary based on experience, typically ranging from AED 10,000 to AED 18,000 per month, depending on qualifications and factory size.
- Additional benefits may include visa sponsorship, insurance, and transportation.
