OS Immigration is seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Immigration Case Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is primarily focused on handling documentation and processing for work and visit visa applications to Europe, including Schengen countries, the UK, and other EU nations. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end client documentation and ensuring all applications meet the regulatory standards of various European immigration authorities.
Key Responsibilities
Visa Processing & Documentation
- Assist clients with Europe-related visa and work permit applications, including Schengen, UK, and other EU countries.
- Guide clients through documentation requirements, form submissions, embassy appointments, and legal formalities.
- Prepare and verify essential documents such as cover letters, travel itineraries, insurance, hotel/flight bookings, and employment letters.
Application Management
- Review and validate application files to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Submit visa applications to relevant embassies or VFS centers and monitor processing status.
- Maintain systematic and up-to-date client records in the internal database.
Client Consultation
- Conduct initial assessments of client eligibility and immigration requirements.
- Provide accurate and clear advice on the appropriate visa/work permit category and necessary documentation.
- Offer continued support throughout the visa process to ensure client satisfaction and transparency.
Regulatory Compliance & Updates
- Stay informed on changing immigration laws, embassy requirements, and document formats specific to European countries.
- Ensure all client submissions comply with the latest immigration policies and timelines.
Communication & Service
- Act as the liaison between clients and embassies, consulates, or visa centers.
- Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a courteous, transparent, and service-oriented approach throughout the client journey.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in immigration or visa documentation (Europe focus preferred).
- Strong knowledge of European visa processes and embassy protocols.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple cases efficiently and with attention to detail.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
