We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Case Processing Officer/Work Visa /Student Visa Counsellor/Visit Visa/PR Consultant to manage and oversee the end-to-end visa and immigration application process. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in immigration case management, excellent organizational skills, and in-depth knowledge of visa regulations and procedures. As a key member of our team, the Case Processing Officer will be responsible for assessing client eligibility, preparing and submitting applications, maintaining accurate records, liaising with authorities, and ensuring all cases are processed efficiently and in compliance with applicable laws.
Roles:
- Manage end-to-end visa and immigration case files for clients.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of applications before submission to authorities.
- Maintain compliance with immigration laws and internal policies.
Responsibilities:
- Review, verify, and prepare required documentation for visa/immigration applications.
- Liaise with clients to collect missing information or documents.
- Submit applications to relevant immigration authorities or embassies.
- Monitor case progress, track deadlines, and provide timely updates to clients.
- Communicate with government agencies or business associates for clarifications.
- Maintain accurate case records in internal systems.
- Handle escalations or additional document requests.
- Ensure confidentiality of client information.
2. Student Visa Counsellor
Roles:
- Guide students through the process of applying to overseas educational institutions.
- Assist in visa documentation and compliance for study abroad programs.
Responsibilities:
- Counsel students on study destinations, courses, and eligibility requirements.
- Help students select suitable universities or colleges based on academic background and goals.
- Advise on visa requirements, timelines, and procedures.
- Assist in compiling academic, financial, and personal documents for student visa submission.
- Coordinate with universities, education partners, and embassies for admissions and visa processing.
- Provide pre-departure briefings to students.
- Keep updated on international education policies, scholarship opportunities, and immigration law changes.
3. Visit Visa Consultant
Roles:
- Assist clients in obtaining short-term travel visas for tourism, business, or family visits.
- Ensure smooth and compliant application processing.
Responsibilities:
- Assess client eligibility for visit visas to different countries.
- Guide clients on required documents (invitations, financial proofs, travel itineraries).
- Prepare and submit visit visa applications to consulates/embassies.
- Handle appointment scheduling for biometrics or interviews.
- Follow up with embassies and keep clients informed of application status.
- Advise clients on visa conditions, duration of stay, and travel insurance.
- Maintain updated knowledge of changing visa regulations.
4. PR (Permanent Residency) Consultant
Roles:
- Assist clients in achieving permanent residency status in target countries.
- Advise on pathways, eligibility, and documentation for PR applications.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate client profiles against immigration program requirements.
- Recommend the most suitable PR programs (e.g., skilled migration, family sponsorship, investment).
- Prepare and submit Expression of Interest (EOI) and PR applications.
- Guide clients on document collection, language tests, and credential assessments.
- Track and update clients on application progress and deadlines.
- Liaise with immigration authorities for clarifications or additional document requests.
- Keep updated with immigration policies, quotas, and program changes.
