Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Cashier with previous experience working in clinics or hospitals, who is fluent in English and capable of handling front-desk financial transactions with accuracy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle patient billing and process payments (cash, credit/debit card, insurance co-payments, etc.).
- Issue invoices and receipts accurately using clinic management systems.
- Assist with patient check-in and check-out procedures.
- Maintain daily cash register reports and balance cash drawers.
- Coordinate with the insurance and billing department when needed.
- Ensure accuracy in financial transactions and reporting.
- Provide excellent customer service to both Arabic and English-speaking patients.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient and financial information.
- Support front desk operations and collaborate with other team members.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a cashier in a medical clinic or hospital.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) – Arabic is a plus.
- Strong experience with POS systems and medical billing software.
- Knowledge of basic accounting and invoicing practices.
- Presentable, professional, and customer-oriented.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time efficiently.
- Available to join immediately (preferred).
