Job Title: CCTV Operator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a vigilant and professional CCTV Operator licensed by SIRA to monitor security systems and ensure the safety of people, property, and assets. The role involves observing surveillance footage, identifying potential threats, and coordinating with on-ground security teams and authorities when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor live CCTV footage and alarm systems from multiple locations within the control room.
- Detect suspicious behavior, unauthorized access, or security breaches and respond as per protocol.
- Communicate incidents to security teams, law enforcement, or emergency services promptly.
- Maintain detailed logs, incident reports, and digital video records for internal and legal purposes.
- Ensure all CCTV equipment is functioning properly; report faults immediately.
- Assist in retrieving footage for investigations, audits, or upon authorized request.
- Follow all SIRA guidelines, security protocols, and data protection standards.
- Stay alert and attentive throughout the shift, particularly during night or off-peak hours.
- Participate in routine security drills and training sessions.
- Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information viewed or handled.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- SIRA-certified CCTV Operator license (Mandatory).
- Minimum High School Certificate or equivalent.
- Proven experience in CCTV operation or security control room functions preferred.
- Familiar with operating digital and analog CCTV systems, access control, and other surveillance tools.
- Strong attention to detail, alertness, and ability to multitask under pressure.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- Physically fit and mentally alert.
Preferred Attributes:
- Prior experience in hotels, malls, residential compounds, or commercial buildings in the UAE.
- Basic knowledge of emergency response and incident management procedures.
- Strong integrity and professional ethics.
