We are looking for a central coordinator who has a good experience in automotive sectors in UAE.

Job Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the complete process of vehicle registrations, transfers, and renewals in compliance with UAE regulations.
- Work closely with the General Manager to handle high-level administrative tasks and sensitive documentation within the automotive division.
- Maintain an up-to-date database of all company vehicles, assets, and related legal documents.
- Coordinate the movement, allocation, and documentation of company vehicles and related assets in a systematic and timely manner.
- Prepare, review, and submit official paperwork to relevant government authorities (e.g., RTA) and ensure all approvals are obtained.
- Handle confidential records with the highest level of discretion and security.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the company and government or legal authorities for all vehicle-related processes.
- Apply logical reasoning and sound decision-making skills to resolve coordination issues and improve workflow.
- Collaberate with internal teams to ensure smooth administrative operations and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
