- Diploma or ITI in Electronics or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent technical qualification).
- Minimum 6–8 years of experience in electronics maintenance of heavy equipment, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory/chargehand role.
- Strong knowledge of electronic systems used in heavy-duty equipment.
- Familiarity with diagnostic tools, schematics, and OEM manuals.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical/electronic circuit diagrams.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to work in site-based environments and flexible schedules.
