At Sejourne Holiday Homes, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional guest experiences. We are looking for a reliable and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an on-site Check-in & Guest Relations Associate (Male )
Job Responsibilities:
- Welcome and meet guests on-site during check-in and check-out.
- Conduct property inspections before guest arrival and after check-out.
- Ensure the property is in perfect condition and ready for guests.
- Assist guests with queries, provide local information, and address concerns promptly.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams when required.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related field preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple tasks.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as per guest schedules.
- Valid Automatic UAE driving license (preferred).
