As a Sales Associate, you’ll be the first point of contact for aspiring students. Your job is to understand their goals, explain our services, and convert inquiries into enrollments.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound leads via calls, emails, and walk-ins
- Conduct consultations and follow-ups with prospective students
- Explain study abroad options, eligibility, and application processes
- Maintain CRM records and meet monthly enrollment targets
- Collaborate with the counseling and marketing teams
Requirements
- Excellent communication in English
- Confident, persuasive, and target-driven
- Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office
- Bachelor's degree preferred
