We are looking for a talented Chef de Partie to manage a section of our kitchen, ensuring high-quality food preparation, presentation, and hygiene standards.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook dishes in assigned section
- Maintain consistency, quality, and portion control
- Supervise and train junior chefs
- Ensure food safety and cleanliness standards are met
- Assist in menu planning and stock control
Requirements:
- Strong cooking and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and in a team
