Role & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement cutting-edge technological strategies in blockchain, AI, metaverse, and Web3.
- Oversee and manage technical teams, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Stay abreast of technological advancements and integrate innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align technology strategies with company objectives.
- Ensure robust cybersecurity measures and regulatory compliance across platforms.
Key Qualifications:
- Extensive experience (7+ years) in leading technical roles, preferably within blockchain, AI, metaverse, and Web3.
- Proven leadership and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in Italian (mandatory) and English.
- Strong problem-solving skills and proactive mindset.
