About the Role:
We are seeking a highly strategic and hands-on Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the technology vision and execution for a diversified group of companies operating in luxury interior design & furniture, premium retail apparel, F&B, crypto exchange, and EV charging port manufacturing. The CTO will be responsible for overseeing IT infrastructure, software solutions, and technology innovation across all business units, ensuring scalability, security, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Technology Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and implement the group-wide technology roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Identify emerging technologies and digital trends to keep the group ahead of competitors.
- Provide expert advice to the executive team on technology-driven growth opportunities.
2. IT Infrastructure Management
- Oversee robust, secure, and scalable IT infrastructure for all entities.
- Ensure network security, data protection, and compliance with industry regulations.
- Manage integration and interoperability of systems across diverse business sectors.
3. Software & Digital Solutions
- Evaluate, select, and oversee development/customization of software for retail, F&B, manufacturing, and crypto operations.
- Ensure ERP, CRM, POS, and other enterprise systems are optimized for efficiency.
- Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual processes and improve productivity.
4. Cross-Industry Adaptability
- Align technology strategies for luxury retail and interior design businesses with high customer experience standards.
- Oversee digital payment systems, e-commerce platforms, and customer engagement tools for premium retail & F&B.
- Guide blockchain integration and cybersecurity measures for crypto exchange operations.
- Support manufacturing tech requirements, including IoT solutions for EV charging infrastructure.
5. Team & Vendor Management
- Build, lead, and mentor IT and software development teams.
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors, cloud service providers, and technology partners.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure cost-effective technology investments.
6. Compliance & Security
- Maintain compliance with data protection regulations (GDPR, UAE laws, etc.).
- Implement and monitor robust cybersecurity frameworks across all companies.
- Ensure system uptime and disaster recovery plans are in place and tested.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Minimum 10–15 years in senior technology leadership roles, preferably across diverse industries.
- Strong expertise in IT infrastructure, cloud computing, enterprise software, cybersecurity, and emerging tech.
- Proven track record of implementing tech solutions in luxury retail, manufacturing, and digital platforms.
- Experience in blockchain/crypto technologies is a strong plus.
- Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on problem solving.

Pay: AED25,000.00 - AED35,000.00 per month
