Role Summary:
We are seeking a visionary Chief Transformation Officer to lead the digital and operational transformation of our real estate development business. The CTO will define and implement enterprise-wide strategies to modernize business operations, adopt cutting-edge PropTech solutions, and drive measurable value across the full project lifecycle—from land acquisition to asset handover.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute a multi-year transformation roadmap aligned with business growth, sustainability, and innovation goals.
- Digital Transformation:
Oversee the implementation of smart platforms including PMIS, ERP, BIM, digital twin, and AI-enabled tools to digitize project and asset management.
- Process Optimization:
Lead end-to-end redesign of core business processes across development, design, procurement, construction, and operations to boost efficiency, reduce cost, and accelerate delivery.Evaluate and deploy emerging PropTech and ConTech startups through strategic partnerships or VC investments.Build a change-ready culture by aligning stakeholders, managing resistance, and driving enterprise-wide adoption of new technologies and ways of working.Build data governance and performance dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) to support executive decision-making.Qualifications:

- 15+ years in transformation, digital strategy, or business excellence, ideally within real estate, construction, or infrastructure sectors.
- Proven leadership of multi-million-dollar digital and operational transformation programs.
- Deep expertise in platforms such as SAP, Dassault 3DEXPERIENCE, Autodesk ACC, PMWeb, or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of PropTech, BIM, AI, digital twin, and smart construction technologies.
- Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. MBA preferred.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and cross-functional leadership capabilities.
Preferred Attributes:
- Experience working in the GCC real estate market.
- Track record of evaluating and integrating startups or VC-backed technologies.
- Bilingual: English essential; Arabic or French is a plus.
