We are seeking to employ a Civil Assistant foreman or Charghand with 2-4 years of experience in the UAE. This role involves overseeing all construction activities on-site while coordinating with various company departments, consultants, clients, and official authorities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Foreman:Supporting the foreman in overseeing daily construction activities and ensuring they align with safety regulations and company policies.
- Coordination:Helping schedule and coordinate the use of labor, materials, and equipment to keep projects on track.
- Monitoring Progress:Tracking project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or delays promptly.
- Quality Control:Conducting site inspections to ensure work meets quality standards and safety protocols.
- Supervision:Providing guidance and support to construction workers, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Training:Assisting in the onboarding and training of new employees, promoting company values and standards.
- Record Keeping:Maintaining accurate records of project activities, including daily logs, incident reports, and inventory.
- Safety Compliance:Ensuring all workers adhere to safety regulations and company safety policies.
- Problem Solving:Helping to resolve any issues that arise on the construction site, involving workers, contractors, or safety concerns.
- Communication:Effectively communicating with the foreman, workers, and other relevant parties.
- Material Management:Assisting in the management and organization of materials and equipment on site.
- Equipment Operation:May be required to operate certain light or medium construction equipment.
