Job Title: Civil Draftsman

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Civil Draftsman to join our construction team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and high-quality drawings for various civil construction projects, ensuring compliance with design specifications, local regulations, and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed architectural and structural drawings using AutoCAD and other drafting software.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to develop and revise drawings based on project requirements.
- Ensure all drawings comply with relevant codes, standards, and authority regulations.
- Assist in preparing submission drawings for approvals and permits.
- Conduct site visits to gather measurements and verify design implementation.
- Maintain organized records of drawings, revisions, and project documentation.
- Support the project team in preparing tender and construction documents.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or Drafting.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in civil drafting within the UAE construction industry.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant software.
- Strong understanding of structural and architectural detailing.
- Familiarity with UAE construction codes and authority submission procedures.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
- Good communication skills in English.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of 3D modeling and rendering software is a plus.
