We are looking for a Civil or Landscape Draftsman with strong experience in landscape projects. Candidates must have at least 2 years of UAE experience in landscaping and be ready to join immediately.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed technical drawings for landscape and irrigation works
- Produce shop drawings, as-built layouts, and planting/irrigation plans
- Coordinate with engineers and site teams to ensure accurate execution
- Revise drawings based on site modifications and consultant feedback
- Assist in documentation for authority approvals (e.g., Dubai Municipality, DDA)
- Maintain and organize project drawings in compliance with company standards
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Drafting, or Landscape Design
- Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in landscaping projects is mandatory
- Proficient in AutoCAD (2D essential; 3D is a plus)
- Solid knowledge of hardscape, softscape, and irrigation detailing
- Familiar with UAE municipal approval procedures
- Strong communication and coordination skills
