About the Role:
COENGR is currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electrical Draftsman with hands-on experience in Building Information Modeling (BIM) using Revit MEP. Candidates with previous involvement in Aldar development projects will be given preference. You will play a vital role in delivering high-quality technical drawings and supporting project teams across various phases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed electrical drawings including lighting, power layouts, ELV systems, and single-line diagrams.
- Develop and manage BIM models using Revit MEP and ensure coordination across disciplines.
- Work closely with engineers to translate design concepts into accurate and compliant drawings.
- Update and revise drawings based on engineering mark-ups and project feedback.
- Maintain proper documentation and drawing standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or ITI in Electrical Drafting or a related field.
- 3 to 6 years of experience in the UAE in a similar drafting role.
- Strong proficiency in Revit MEP and AutoCAD.
- Prior experience working on Aldar projects is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, coordination skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
