Job Description:
We are urgently hiring an experienced Foreman for Tensile Shades & Steel Fabrication with immediate joining. The candidate must have hands-on experience in managing installation and fabrication activities at site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise site work related to tensile shade structure and steel fabrication
- Manage site labor including fitters, fabricators, welders, and helpers
- Interpret and implement technical drawings accurately
- Ensure project timelines and quality standards are met
- Coordinate with project managers and procurement team
- Ensure safety and cleanliness at the worksite
- Resolve day-to-day technical/site issues independently
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in tensile shades and/or steel fabrication
- Strong ability to read technical drawings
- Site leadership and manpower management experience
- Gulf experience preferred
- Immediate availability to join
- Good communication in Urdu/Hindi and basic English
Education:
- Diploma or technical training in steel structure/fabrication is an advantage
