Job Summary:
We are looking for a Carpenter Foreman to oversee carpentry projects while leading a team. The ideal candidate will have extensive carpentry experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to complete projects on time and to high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of carpenters and laborers.
- Interpret drawings and assign tasks based on project needs.
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
- Conduct inspections for quality assurance.
- Train and mentor team members.
- Manage material inventory and report project progress.
