Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and proactive Civil Foreman to lead the construction of swimming pools and landscape projects in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily on-site operations, upholding quality and safety standards, and working closely with project teams to ensure projects are delivered on schedule.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day site activities for swimming pool and landscaping construction projects.
- Facilitate coordination between engineers, subcontractors, and labor crews to ensure smooth progress.
- Perform routine site checks to verify adherence to design plans, technical specifications, and safety protocols.
- Track project schedules and costs, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and within budget.
- Ensure all activities meet UAE building codes and occupational health and safety standards.
- Quickly address and resolve any construction-related challenges that arise on-site.
- Maintain up-to-date site logs, progress reports, and documentation for the project management team.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or certification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a similar field (preferred).
- 2 to 3 years of relevant, hands-on experience in swimming pool and landscaping construction.
- Must hold a valid UAE driving license.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage site labor effectively.
- Proficient in interpreting technical drawings and site layouts.
- Solid understanding of concrete works, waterproofing techniques, and drainage installations.
Required Skills:
- Experience with irrigation systems and landscaping best practices.
- Knowledge of material sourcing and stock control on construction sites.
- Capability to oversee multiple work teams and subcontractors concurrently.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
