Job Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced and hands-on Civil Foreman to oversee swimming pool and landscape construction projects in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will supervise daily site activities, ensure quality and safety standards are met, and coordinate with project teams to ensure successful and timely completion of work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage daily operations on swimming pool and landscape construction sites.
- Coordinate activities between engineers, subcontractors, and workers to maintain workflow.
- Conduct regular on-site inspections to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
- Monitor project timelines and budgets, ensuring work progresses efficiently.
- Ensure all work complies with local building regulations and health & safety requirements.
- Identify and resolve construction-related issues on-site promptly.
- Maintain accurate reports and site documentation as required by project managers.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Certificate in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred).
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in swimming pool and landscape construction.
- Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
- Strong leadership and team supervision skills.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and site plans.
- Practical knowledge of concrete work, waterproofing, and drainage systems.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with irrigation systems and landscaping techniques.
- Knowledge of material procurement and inventory control on construction sites.
- Ability to manage multiple teams and subcontractors efficiently.
