Job Title: Civil Foreman
Location: Dubai, UAE
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and direct civil workers, masons, and laborers in excavation, concreting, blockwork, and plastering.
- Ensure proper execution of structural works (columns, beams, slabs, foundations) as per drawings.
- Monitor concrete pouring, curing, and quality control checks.
- Coordinate with surveyors, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure alignment with project plans.
- Oversee reinforcement fixing, shuttering, and deshuttering operations.
- Enforce safety protocols and conduct toolbox talks.
- Track material usage and prevent wastage.
- Resolve on-site issues and report delays to the Project Manager.
- Maintain daily logs and progress reports.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in civil foreman roles for high-rise projects.
- Expertise in reinforced concrete construction and finishing works.
- Knowledge of construction machinery and equipment.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with safety regulations (OSHA, local codes).
- Ability to work under tight deadlines.
- UAE Driving License Holder
