Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Foreman to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience managing construction projects of G+5 and above.
As a Foreman, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful execution of projects by supervising on-site activities, managing teams, and maintaining quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction activities on-site, ensuring work is completed as per project timelines and specifications.
- Manage and guide a team of workers, including laborers and subcontractors.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders for project updates.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and compliance with local regulations.
- Monitor material usage, equipment, and resources to prevent wastage.
- Conduct inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
- Prepare daily progress reports and submit them to the project manager.
- May need to work in varying weather conditions.
- Shifts vary depending on the project requirements or when nearing a project.
- Occasional travel between sites.
- Regular interaction with construction crews, and other professionals
- Coordinating construction work according to priorities and plans.
- Producing schedules and monitor attendance of crew.
- Allocating general and daily responsibilities.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Foreman in Dubai is mandatory.
- Experience managing projects of G+5 and above.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of construction processes, safety protocols, and quality standards.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
