Job Title: Civil Inspector (Villa Projects)

Company Overview:
We are a reputed consultancy firm in the UAE specializing in high-end villa and residential projects. We are seeking an experienced Civil Inspector with strong technical and site supervision skills to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and industry standards.
- Monitor and report on construction progress, workmanship, and quality of materials used.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and clients to resolve technical and site-related issues.
- Prepare inspection reports, non-conformance reports, and follow-up actions as required.
- Ensure adherence to project schedules, safety guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Support project engineers and architects in ensuring timely project delivery and quality assurance.
- Participate in meetings, site audits, and handover processes.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of overall UAE experience, with at least 5 years in a consultancy firm handling villa/residential projects.
- Strong knowledge of local authority regulations and construction codes.
- Proven experience in quality control, supervision, and site inspection.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills in English.
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with construction management software is an advantage.
- Valid UAE Driving License preferred.
