Hirirng: Facilities Inspector (Male) - Abu Dhabi
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Facilities Inspector/ Move-in Move-out Inspector, the role involves conducting thorough move-in and move-out inspections of residential/commercial units, ensuring properties meet company standards, and supporting the leasing and maintenance teams for smooth handovers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform pre- and post-occupancy inspections using checklists and photo documentation
- Identify maintenance issues and coordinate with relevant teams
- Report property condition and damages accurately
- Maintain organized inspection records
- Liaise with tenants and internal departments for seamless operations
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- 2–4 years experience in property inspection or facilities management
- Knowledge of basic property systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC)
- Strong attention to detail, communication, and time management
Language:
- ENGLISH (Required)
